i’ve had lots of momofuku desserts but this was definitely up there as one of my all time favorites. crunchy peanut butter cookie/brittle, saltine panna cotta, and grape jelly. inspired from something so simple but the textures and flavors are to die for. apparently there is one pastry chef for all three momofukus. she is spot on.
