Last night, I went to a party at this sick townhouse on Gramercy Park South. Apparently it’s on the market for $25 million but showtime is using it for parties in the meantime. Showtime and Metropolitan home commissioned designers to take parts of the five story building and create themed rooms based on californication, weeds, dexter, the tudors, and the L word. My favorites were the Californication study and the Dexter Dining room. The outdoor terraces were ridiculous too. Whoever ends up living there is one lucky duck.
